In our experience, Finance teams are often overworked due to insufficient resources to meet numerous and often conflicting work priorities.
In these peak periods, it can be counterproductive to go through a lengthy recruitment process for additional temporary support, or cost-prohibitive to engage support from large accounting firms.
New England FRS seeks to help CFOs and finance teams bridge these temporary capacity and capability gaps, becoming their trusted extra pair of hands.
By taking things off of the plate of senior finance roles, it allows them to focus on other key priorities and not become overburdened and burnt out.
Wide range of valuable experience
We have a wide range of experience in financial reporting matters and transaction activity, both from an auditor's perspective in a Big 4 accounting firm, and from Finance team leadership positions in a range of industries, across both Australia and the UK.
We believe this breadth of experience, as well as our love of accounting (yes, you read that right), could be extremely valuable to businesses who might be navigating some new financial reporting territory or who have insufficient resources either temporarily or on an ongoing basis.
